I’m AKB, a Filipino travel storyteller, content creator, and founder of LakbayPinas.com — a travel blog dedicated to the islands, people, and hidden corners that define the Philippines.

What began as a simple weekend hobby grew into a lifelong project: to document real journeys through honest words and helpful detail. I’ve slept in nipa huts, taken night ferries through rough seas, and hiked mist-covered mountains before sunrise just to bring back stories worth sharing.

Every article I write carries my footprints — the roads I’ve walked, the tricycle drivers who became my guides, and the locals who offered advice over coffee in roadside sari-sari stores.

My Journey
